How to Achieve Results Effectively.

 


 
Goals can be divided into short-term and long-term goals, but that's not all! It's important that goals meet SMART criteria:

✅ A specific goal is easier to strive for. There is an action verb in the wording, e.g. "earn", "do push-ups". Such words define what exactly needs to be done in order to achieve one's goal.

✅ To set a measurable goal, you have to define what you want to end up with. Gaining 1 kg of muscle mass, walking a kilometer and a half are measurable goals, where it is clear what you need to do and how much.

✅ Check for achievability. Be realistic about what you can do. If a goal is difficult to achieve, think about what you can biohack in yourself to achieve it.

✅ The relevant goal is truly your goal. It correlates with your life values and does not cause negativity.

✅A time bound goal sets a specific framework and motivates you. It prevents you from blurring and putting off for tomorrow what you can already start today.
