COMFORT ZONE: where and why?

     To begin with, this is not a zone in which we feel emotionally and psychologically comfortable. In fact, it is a set of habitual actions, activities, impressions, circumstances, choices that are well entrenched in our lives and perceived by our brain as a safe zone. The warmer and more comfortable your comfort zone is, the harder it is to dare to change your life. It's indeed really difficult to do. You may think you can quickly change what you've been creating for years. Yes, you can. However, Dramatic changes cause significant setbacks. That's because your brain won't let you just get it out of its comfort zone. So IF YOU REALLY INTEND TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE, do it gradually and methodically.

    Goals can be divided into short-term and long-term goals, but that's not all! It's important that goals meet SMART criteria: ✅ A specific goal is easier to strive for. There is an action verb in the wording, e.g. "earn", "do push-ups". Such words define what exactly needs to be done in order to achieve one's goal. ✅ To set a measurable goal, you have to define what you want to end up with. It correlates with your life values and does not cause negativity. ✅A time bound goal sets a specific framework and motivates you. Although bananas do contain phytoserotonin (plant-based serotonin), serotonin does not penetrate the blood-brain barrier (which surrounds the brain).     👉🏻Serotonin derived from bananas cannot enter your brain.    Serotonin is essential for gut health and microbiota. Gut microbiota affects the production of brain neurotransmitters, including serotonin.
